What are the shipping options available?
1. Local Pickup at MTR Stations in Hong Kong:
If you choose to pick up your order at an MTR station in Hong Kong, there will be no extra shipping fee. However, you need to purchase a specific amount of items to qualify for this free shipping service. Please contact our customers services with this service.
2. International Shipping:
If you prefer us to ship your products to your country, the delivery arrival date will depend on your location. You can track the delivery status by logging into your account or contacting us directly for updates.
Do you offer international shipping
?Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries
. However, due to safety and logistical reasons, we are unable to ship to regions currently experiencing conflicts.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return.
